2 MERCHANT’S RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Merchant acknowledgement and agreement

obtain the informed consent from your Customers to the collection and use of their personal information by Stellio.

If you are a Merchant, we collect personal information about you when you register to access and use our Services and then subsequently when we provide Services to you via our Platform, including:

  • username and password;

3.2 Customers

If you are a Customer, we collect personal information about you when:

  • you register with a Merchant to access their services via our Platform;
  • you use our Platform for interaction with a Merchant; and
  • you allow a Merchant to use our Platform for interaction with you.

  • contact details (including address, email address, and phone number);

  • interactions with the Merchant (including chat logs); and
  • information about your usage of our Services.
